You'll need to create an account to use Sunbet's services. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts and balances being permanently forfeited.
Sunbet conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to maintain security and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit the following documents before making a withdrawal or completing transactions above a certain threshold:
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity that occurs on your account.

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must place a set number of bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager ৳10,000 in total.
Sunbet enforces a strict policy against bonus abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means may result in account closure.
Bets placed on Sunbet are accepted subject to specific rules. A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation message is received from the system.
Sunbet always strives to offer competitive odds. However, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final — any subsequent changes will not apply to existing bets.
Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. If odds shift after a bet is submitted, Sunbet may display the updated odds and give the member the option to accept or cancel.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. To reopen a closed account, please contact support.
